Product return

Plants and flowers cannot be returned, as their quality and freshness is not possible to be preserved securely after they leave our store.
If the product does not meet your expectations, a partial refund or replacement of the product might be possible. In order to resolve your issue, you can contact us by phone or e-mail.
Products like teddy bears or pots can be returned at our address, either by post or a visit at our store, only if they are not damaged in any way. In case you decide to post them, the shipping cost of the product will be at your own expense.
