Order Cancellation and refund policy

Order cancellation is accepted and a full refund is given only in the following cases:
1) The order has been made, but the product has not been sent yet.
2) In case of extreme weather conditions, strikes or any other event that might affect the delivery of your order.

A 50% refund of the amount charged is possible in the following cases:

1) The product is already sent, but not delivered yet.
2) The recipient does not accept the product.
